Orders in my system don't print, what can I do?

Do you have a printer problem? This checklist will get it up and running in no time!

Before you start with our step-by-step plan, check the following;

  • Is the printer turned ON?
  • Is the power cable connected to the printer?
  • Is there paper in the printer?
  • Is the printer cover properly closed?
  • If USB printer: Is the USB cable between the PC and the printer still connected at both ends
  • If network printer: Is the network cable between the router and the printer still connected at both ends?

Did you check all bullet points above and it is still not working? It always helps to reset the hardware.

  • Turn the printer OFF and turn it ON again
  • Restart the whole computer and turn it on again
