Sometimes, it may happen that the delivery address provided in an order is incorrect. This can lead to confusion or failed deliveries.
Who is responsible?

If the order comes from an external platform (such as a delivery partner or third-party provider), the responsibility lies with that platform. They are the source of the incorrect address information.

If the order was placed via your own website, then the customer themselves has entered the address. In that case, the customer is responsible for ensuring it is accurate.
