How do I log in to my POS system?
In this article, you will find the steps to log in to your POS system.
Once you have gotten access from a Cashdesk employee or from the manager in your restaurant, you will get an email with your login details. The first time you log in, the system will ask you to change your password. In the email you will also find a pin code. This pin code can be used on a device if you've logged in to Cashdesk once with your email and password.
The login url is: https://portal.app.cashdesk.nl/
This url can be accessed from any device with a browser and internet connection.
Cashdesk consists of 3 tabs with one login.
Depending on your rights, you will either go to the organization tab, or your store's tab:
Organization tab:
In the organization tab, you can find settings and statistics regarding your franchise organization. You can also access individual stores if you have access to more than 1 store. If you have a menu on organization level, this is where you change it.
Store tab:
In the store tab you can find the settings and configuration of your store such as opening times, delivery area's and your menu.
From the organization or store tab, you can access the POS
The pos is what is used on a daily basis in the store.
In the POS you can see your orders, add new orders, add employees, see reports, do dayclosures and more!
