How do I adjust my automatic receipts? (30 seconds)

Requirements:

1. Login credentials for 3.0 Cashdesk

 

Go to your cash desk, log in using your login credentials, and click on settings.
  • Navigate to the interface on the menu and select the automation option.

Automation is divided into different components.

1. Customer Receipt for Online Orders

When this feature is enabled, a customer receipt is automatically generated and printed for all online orders.

If this feature is disabled, no automatic customer receipt will be printed for online orders. Customers may only receive an electronic proof via email.

 

2. Customer Receipt for Manual Orders

When this feature is enabled, a receipt is automatically printed for manually created orders for the customer.

If this feature is disabled, no receipt will be printed for manually created orders. This may be useful if all orders are sent electronically.

 

3. Receipt Printer

Enabled: Automatically prints a receipt after each transaction.

Disabled: No receipt will be printed after each transaction if this feature is turned off. This is useful when there is no need for a physical receipt.

 

4. End of Shift Receipt Printing

Enabled: Automatically prints an end-of-shift receipt when the shift is closed.

Disabled: If this feature is turned off, no end-of-shift receipt will be printed. This can be useful if there is no need for a summary of the shift transactions.


 

5. Kitchen Receipt for Online Orders

Enabled: Automatically print kitchen receipts for all online orders.

Disabled: If this feature is turned off, no kitchen receipts will be printed for online orders. This can be useful if kitchen orders are sent electronically.

6. Kitchen Receipt for Manually Created Orders

Enabled: Automatically print kitchen receipts for manually created orders.

Disabled: If this feature is turned off, no kitchen receipts will be printed for manually created orders. This can be useful if all orders are sent electronically.

7. Label Printing at Order Creation

Enabled: Automatically print labels at order creation.

Disabled: If this feature is turned off, no labels will be printed at order creation. This can be useful if there is no need to label orders.

8. Printing Barcodes on Receipts

Enabled: Automatically print barcodes on receipts for all transactions.

Disabled: If this feature is turned off, no barcodes will be printed on the receipt. This can be useful if barcodes are not needed for transaction processing.

9. Number of Customer Receipt Copies

Single: Only one copy of the customer receipt will be printed for each transaction.

Double: Two copies of the customer receipt will be printed for each transaction.

10. Number of Kitchen Receipt Copies

Single: Only one copy of the kitchen receipt will be printed for each transaction.

Double: Two copies of the kitchen receipt will be printed for each transaction.


 

Other features:

Kitchen Receipt Style

Standard: The default kitchen receipt style is used for printing kitchen receipts.

Custom: A custom kitchen receipt style can be set, including company logo, font, and other formatting options.

Group Choices on Customer Receipt

On: When this feature is enabled, related choices on the customer receipt are grouped together, making it easier for the customer to understand.

Off: If this feature is disabled, choices are not grouped on the customer receipt. This can be useful when a detailed view of each choice is needed.

Advanced Routing of Kitchen Printers

On: Advanced routing allows orders to be automatically assigned to specific kitchen printers based on product categories, times, or other criteria.

Off: If this feature is disabled, orders are not advanced-routed to specific kitchen printers. This can be useful in smaller operations where only one kitchen printer is used.
