In this article, you can read how to assign orders to the delivery driver.
Requirements:
1. Login for 3.0 Cashdesk
2. Courier who is logged in
- Navigate to your order management module, log in with your credentials, and click on the map.
When you select the correct order that you want to link, it will be moved to the "selected orders" column. This allows you to link multiple orders to the same courier efficiently.
Select "Assign."
The screen will switch to 2 new pages.
Look at the column "Available Couriers" on the right side.
By selecting "Assign," the status will change to "Order on the way."
When the courier returns, press the back button, and the order will automatically credit the courier's wallet.
