My internet connection is down. What can I do?

Your system lost connection to internet and now CashDesk POS informs you that you have no internet. This article shows what you can do about it.

Before you start with our step-by-step plan, check the following;

  • Is only the computer without internet or all your devices?
  • Is the network cable of the computer connected correctly?
  • Is your router turned on?

Did you check all bullet points above and it is still not working? It always helps to reset the hardware.

  • Turn the router OFF and turn it ON again after 10 seconds
  • Restart the whole computer and turn it on again

It seems there is something else going on. Please contact your internet hosting provider.
