How do I set up a voip connection? (connect phones to pos)

In this article, you will find the steps to set up a VoIP connection.

To link with Voip, it is important that you are connected to a provider that can create a SIP account. An example of this is Callvoip. When you are signed up with Callvoip, you can indicate to Callvoip that you want to make the link with Cashdesk. Callvoip will then send you the login details for the account in Cashdesk. Follow the steps below to set up the link in Cashdesk:

1. Go to Portal.app.cashdesk.nl and login. 
2. Go to the shops heading.
3. If you have multiple shops, select the appropriate shop. If you have 1 shop go to step 4.
4. Select settings
5. Go to the heading voip
6. Now enter the data. You can request this data from your voip supplier. (ask for a sip account)
7. Press save

The connection is now made.
