How do I change the maximum value of change of my drivers?

In this article, you will find the steps to change the maximum amount of change a driver can have. 

In Cashdesk, you can easily set the maximum amount of change a courier is allowed to carry. This helps reduce the risk of carrying too much cash during deliveries and improves the safety of your staff.

Follow these steps to update the setting:

  1. Log in to your Cashdesk back office.

  2. Navigate to Store Settings.

  3. If you manage more than one location, select the shop you want to edit.

  4. Go to the Delivery tab.

  5. Look for the option called Maximum Change.

  6. Enter the new maximum amount (for example: 20, 50, or 100).

  7. Press Save to confirm your changes.

Once saved, this setting limits the amount of change a courier is expected to carry or provide. It helps manage customer expectations and ensures a safer delivery process.
