Can I cancel an order?/ Is it possible to cancel an order out of the system? (30 seconds)

In this article, you can cancel orders in your system.

Requirements:

1. Login credentials for 3.0 Cashdesk

• Navigate to your cash desk, log in with your login credentials, and click on Order Management.

Click on the order that you wish to cancel.

Provide the reason for canceling the order and click on “Continue” to proceed.

The order has now been automatically canceled and will be removed from your list of orders.
