Would you like to offer customers the option to leave a tip? We can easily enable this for you. Simply let us know, and we will activate the setting.

Please note:
The tip functionality will only become visible on the website after a successful payment.


Alternative method: Tip as a product

Another way to handle tips is by creating a separate product group, for example:

  • “Thank you for the team”
  • “Tip”
  • “Support the team”

Within this group, you can add one or more fixed amounts (for example €1, €2, €5).

This allows customers to add a tip to their cart, which will be included automatically during checkout.


Upselling opportunities

You can make this even more effective by:

  • Displaying the tip option in the shopping cart
  • Or offering it as an extra option during the checkout process

This increases the likelihood that customers will leave a tip, without it feeling intrusive.
