The system is flexible and supports multiple types of coupon actions. --- #### Types of coupon actions you can create When creating a coupon, you can choose from the following options: ### 1. Discount based on **percentage** - Example: **10% off** the total order - Ideal for general promotions or returning customers ### 2. Discount based on a **fixed amount** - Example: **€5 discount** on an order - Clear and easy for customers to understand ### 3. **Free product** - Example: *free roll* or *free pizza* - The product is automatically added to the shopping cart ### 4. **Free product of choice within a product group** - The customer can choose a free item from a predefined product group - Example: *choose one free drink* or *choose one free side* --- #### Creating a coupon (step by step) 1. Go to **ssc2** 2. Navigate to **Coupon** 3. Click **Add a free product** 4. Create a **coupon code** with a clear and relevant name (for example: `LOYALTY10` or `FREE_PIZZA`) 5. Select the **free product** or **product group** 6. Enter the **text that will appear in the shopping cart** - Example: *Free roll* - Or: *Free pizza with a full loyalty card* --- #### Linking a coupon to a loyalty card (loyalty plan) After creating the coupon, you can link it to a **loyalty card / loyalty plan**.
