Setting Default Processing Times in the POS Environment
The Default Processing Times feature allows you to define how long it typically takes to prepare and deliver orders. This helps set clear expectations for customers and improves your overall workflow.

In your POS environment, go to:
Settings → Default Processing Times

🔄 Reset processing times automatically
When this option is enabled:
- Processing times will automatically reset after closing time
- This check is performed hourly
- Applies to both delivery and takeaway orders
👉 Useful for starting each day with consistent default values
⏱️ Default order prep time
- This is the preparation time for an order (in minutes)
- Example: 10 minutes
- Used as the base for takeaway timing
🚚 Default order delivery time
- This is the total delivery time (in minutes)
- Example: 25 minutes
- Includes preparation + delivery time
