Linking a delivery order in Cashdesk 3.0

How do you link a delivery order to a courier in Cashdesk 3.0

  1. It is important that before you can link an order to a courier.
  2. Have a courier clocked in.
  3. Log in to the order management module.
  4. Select order card.
  5. For undelivered orders, select the order to which you want to associate a courier.

  7. If you select the correct order that you want to link, it changes to selected orders = moves to the "selected orders" column. This way you can select multiple orders to link to the same courier
  8. Select assign
    The screen flips to 2 new pages
  9. Look at the "couriers available" column on the right.
  10. With the "assign" option.
  11. If you choose "assign" the status will change to "Order on its way".
  12. Click the down arrow to view the assigned orders, click the arrow to view the order number, order time and link status. If you click on the red circles, you have the option to link the order. A new screen will open with the details and to click "yes or cancel".
  13. On the page on the left you will see the map and the couriers on their way
  14. Top of the page:
  15. Orders (button is also at the bottom right) click and the pages change to couriers. View the undelivered orders and the selected orders on the right side
