Step 1.
Go to your ‘Order Management’ section. In the top right corner, you will see a computer screen icon.
Step 2.
A green icon indicates that your website is open, while a red icon means that your website is closed.
Step 3.
Click the icon to access the options for opening or closing your website.
Step 4.
To close your website, enter a reason for the closure and click ‘Approve’. The website will then be marked as closed.
Step 5.
To reopen your website, click ‘Open’. The website will then be active again.
