How do I mark products as out of stock? (1 minute)
In this article, you can read how to temporarily mark your products as out of stock, so that customers can no longer order them.
Step-by-Step instructions

Log in to your 3.0 Cashdesk
Go to your Cashdesk login page and log in using your username and password. -
Go to ‘Menu’ via the Store Overview
In the left or top menu (depending on your setup), click on Products.
Tip: To access the store overview, click on your blue initial at the top right, then you’ll see the store overview among other options at the bottom. -
Select the product you want to adjust
You will now see an overview of all products. Find the product you want to mark as out of stock and click the Out of Stock button. -
Save your changes
Click Save Menu and publish the appropriate version to finalize the changes.The product will now no longer be visible/orderable for your customers.

Can I mark multiple products as out of stock at once?
Yes, this can usually be done via a bulk action in the product overview. Select all the products and then choose Out of Stock.
