How do I know if my printer programm is working?
In this article you can quickly do a first check to see if your printer tool is running in the first place, in case of orders not being printed out.
To see if the printer tool from CashDesk is running in the first place:
1.) Go to your desktop and click the arrow in the bottom right corner, next to the clock.
Next up, the window will extend and you should see this symbol.
That is the icon for "CashDesk Connect" running in the background.
If your "CashDesk Connect" is not opened as an active window, and you also don't see this icon, then most likely, "CashDesk Connect" is not running right now and your orders can not be printed.
You can try to find "CashDesk Connect" by simply typing it in the search bar, and then click it.
This should then open it again.
