To see if the printer tool from CashDesk is running in the first place: 1.) If your "CashDesk Connect" is not opened as an active window, and you also don't see this icon, then most likely, "CashDesk Connect" is not running right now and your orders can not be printed. You can try to find "CashDesk Connect" by simply typing it in the search bar, and then click it.
