When you open Cashdesk and enter the store environment, there are officially two locations where you can access reports and data.
1. Reports at organization level
At the organization level, you can review the performance of your entire business. To do this, go to:
Organizations → [Your organization] → Organization performance.
Here you’ll find different tiles that give access to reports and data, such as:
-
Dashboard – an overview of key figures.
-
KPI – insight into Key Performance Indicators.

Labor costs – overview of staff costs compared to revenue.

Service times – how long it takes to serve customers.
-
Order handling times – how long it takes to process an order.
-
Gift card balance – insight into outstanding balances.
-

👉 This gives you insight into how the entire organization is performing.
2. Reports at store level (POS environment)
If you want to view reports at the level of a single location, you need to use the POS environment.
When you are in the POS environment, follow these steps:
-
Go to Reports.
-
In the Select Report menu, choose which type of report you want to generate.
-
Select a start and end date to define the reporting period.
-
Click Generate to create the report.
The available options include:
-
Total overview – overall revenue report.
-
Payments overview – insight into payment methods.
-
Revenue per weekday – revenue broken down by day of the week.
-
Revenue per provider – revenue per delivery platform or provider.
-
Revenue per hour – revenue broken down per hour.
-
Revenue per product group – revenue per product group.
-
Revenue per zipcode – revenue split by postal code area.
-
Revenue per product – revenue per individual product.
-
Employee worked hours – overview of worked hours per employee.
-
Tax revenue overview – overview for tax purposes.
-
Orders paid by invoice – orders paid via invoice.
-
Overview courier trips – overview of delivery trips.
-
Discount orders – orders that had discounts applied.
👉 By combining the right report type with a date range, you can generate very specific insights, for example: revenue from sushi products on Friday evening, or the number of invoice-paid orders in a given month.
Summary
-
Organization level: complete overview of all locations combined, including dashboards and KPIs.
-
Store level (POS): zooms in on one specific location, with flexible report options and date selection.
By using both levels, you get a full picture of your company’s performance.
