Creating multiple login credentials for both the same and separate locations
How it works
When logging in, go to POS.
In the POS, go to Employees, where you can create a new employee. Fill in all the required details.
After saving the employee, click on the arrow next to Clock in. Then:
- Click on View
- Then click on Edit
- Click on the button Grant login
Here you enter a unique email address where you want to receive the login credentials, and which will be used to log in.
This is how you create the login credentials.
Once this has been created, go to Franchise or Store overview.
There you will see all employees listed.
- Click on the newly created employee
- Click on View
- Go to the tab: Assigned Stores
Here you can add or remove multiple stores to the account if needed.
